- Una obra inédita, creada para ser disfrutada en formato web, será estrenada este viernes 04 de septiembre a las 20:00 hrs. a través del canal de Youtube EXT UCM.
El actor, Álvaro Rojas, nos invita a descubrir el mundo onírico de la poesía, un espacio donde la realidad se mezcla con la fantasía. “Este es el primer trabajo con calidad audiovisual que presentó y está pensado para plataformas digitales. Son once poemas que hablan de la Madre Tierra, los pueblos originarios, Pablo Neruda, Violeta Parra y también de lo que está sucediendo en Chile y en el mundo con una fuerte propuesta ecológica y emocional desde la poesía dramatizada”, compartió el actor.
En esta puesta en escena minimalista, el público se encontrará con un monólogo donde el trabajo corporal y las emociones son el foco principal, acompañadas de proyecciones audiovisuales fotográficas que complementan las palabras del intérprete. “Nosotros como artistas somos poetas, es como que casi el chileno es poeta, quizás es porque vivimos en un sector ecológico muy particular y aquí, entremezclado con lo que está pasando en la sociedad considero que dar a conocer una propuesta, un punto de vista es básico. Si tu ves 11:11 poemas para una madre, sabes que es algo que está montado en el ahora, en el 2020”, señaló Rojas.
Es importante destacar que esta apuesta teatral es el comienzo de un nuevo ciclo dedicado a las Artes Escénicas, que se desarrollará durante los próximos meses desde la Dirección de Extensión, Arte y Cultura de la Universidad Católica del Maule.

Reconocido actor maulino, con una amplia trayectoria en teatro, actualmente, trabaja desde la gestión y las artes en el Centro Cultural “El Espacio”, para la construcción de una nueva obra. Además, es parte de la directiva del Sindicato de actores Sidarte, filial Región del Maule. Ha incursionado en el “Hip-Hop” con temas de su autoría que visibilizan a la región como una zona de sacrificio y también a generar conciencia en el cuidado del medio ambiente y la ecología.
